RACHEL PRICE - @RACHELJOYLETTERING
Rachel Price was first inspired to start a career in the traditional art of sign painting after discovering her great grandfather was a sign painter in Northern Ireland, where he worked as part of the team of sign painters on the Titanic. Now based in London, Rachel has become one of the most sought after sign writing forces to be reckoned with.
With graphic typography as her calling card she created this awesome one of a kind “head strong” lid , using Molotow paint markers for our 2018 Camp VC event and we’ve been in love ever since.
A little bird tells us that Rachel also sometimes does commissions if you’re lucky so hit her up via her Insta to check it out.
LIANE PLANT - @LIANEPLANT
Dark, weird and wonderful - the awesome Liane Plant’s hand painted work is something to be marvelled at. A regular at creating some of the most amazing skate board designs for the skate worlds most prominent skateboarders and brands, Liane’s work is true to her Brummy roots (the birth place of heavy metal) with a mix of intricate detail, Gothic architecture inspo and early skate board graphics.
The custom painted lid Liane created for our Camp VC event using One shot enamel paints and Montana spray paints was a thing of beauty!

After graduating with a BA in fine art and a masters in art therapy the awesome Jet Bailey has become a big hitter in the world of moto inspired art. From her incredible hyper real motorcycle paintings to her latest series of female rider portraits Jet’s work is super bold and eye-catching with with an attention to detail that makes your head pop.
After painting up a custom lid for our CAMP VC 2019 event raffle, us and few hundred other ladies have fallen in love with Jet’s amazing work… You never know… Jet might even be on hand to give a few lessons and tips at next year’s CAMP VC 2021 event ;) Watch this space

MAXWELL PATERNOSTER - @DATONOSTER
A favourite in the bike world, Maxwell Patonoster has painted up some of the most mental and eye-catching bikes and tanks on the custom scene.
This gold leaf and enamel painted lid is one of the carbon fibre Paris based (and now defunct) RUBY lids painted up by Paternoster.
Wanna learn a few drawing tips from the man himself? When we’re free to get out and about again, get yourself down to one of Maxwell’s illustration nights at JIM’S CAFE, Hackney.

After years of painting up lids for some of the world’s most famous motorsports athletes, the amazing team at Image Design Customs are pretty much the best in the biz.
We got to see this Bell masterpiece that the team painted up for Stockwell Design’s trip up the hill at 2019’s Goodwood Festival of Speed and WOAH is it utter perfection!

DUTCH ON WHEELS - @_DUTCHONWHEELS_
After coming across the amazing work of Dutch on wheels at the annual Bike Shed Show, we fell in love with Netherlands native Lisa Ottevanger’s hand painted paint splash helmet and custom matching tank on Dominique Posthuma’s rad custom Honda build.
A pin striper by trade, Lisa’s helmets are a mix of beautiful bespoke textures and fine hand painted graphics.

ORNAMENTAL CONIFER - @ORNAMENTALCONIFER
When you talk about custom lids it would be a crime to not have the work of Nico Sclater aka Ornamental Conifer in here. With some of the nuttiest designs around to his name, Ornamental Conifer is responsible for some of the custom bike scene’s most iconic custom painted helmets, cars and bikes painted over the last few years.
