We’re teaming up with the mighty HERALD MOTORCYCLES to create a custom 125cc Herald Scrambler - and you can get involved!

Follow us as we get our hands on the awesome Herald Scrambler 125 and customise the shizz out of it in true VC fashion!

CUSTOM BY COMMUNITY

Our team of VC volunteers will be switching up different parts of the bike, replacing bits and doing custom painting and we want you to help us! At different stages of the custom process you’ll be asked to VOTE with our CUSTOM BY COMMUNITY insta stories polls, on what route you think we should take with the bike’s design. From the colour and design we decide on to switching out custom parts like the exhaust and bars to electrics like the clocks and indicator… You can vote on what parts we switch up and customise as the build progresses on the @vc_london IG stories so make sure you follow the project over the next few months and stay tuned for when you can vote at different stages!

We’ve got a few different personalities and tastes over at VC so your guess is as good as ours as to what the end product will be… but you can deffo expect fights over whether we glitter flake the entire thing, a few surprise design twists and alot of lolz as we take on everything from electrics and mechanics to spraying to pin striping!

SO, WHY A 125cc BIKE?

Well, it wouldn’t be a classic VC build if we didn’t go back to our roots and choose a little ripper to start out! Herald have a rad range of 125cc bikes, giving us the opportunity to design a bike that can be enjoyed by any rider - from newbies and CBT holders to seasoned riders that want a small-engined fun machine!

The Herald Scrambler was always gonna be our first choice as it’s a mean little machine….In fact its what we recommend for anyone as a rad first motorcycle with all the good looks of a custom with none of the pain in the ass glitches that come with an older custom bike (yup, many breakdowns on old bikes have made us experts on that for sure). It’s perfect for both city rips and dirt road adventures, and it’s got endless possibilities for customisation making it an awesome base for us to start from!

Yes, you heard us right! We’ll be raffling off the final bike live on our instagram with proceeds going towards our new VC beginners’ riding initiatives and lessons for 2021 to facilitate funded places on our school (more exciting news coming soon!).

When the bike is all finished we’ll be launching tickets which you can buy online; the winning ticket will be drawn live on our IG!

So all the more reason to get involved and vote on which parts you wanna see us use to customise the bike as you might end up being the lucky winner and owner! Take part, vote vote VOTE and make sure it doesn’t end up glittery with a sissy bar (unless that’s what you want…?).
